Hi! I'm Pastor Tom Sager and I appreciate your interest in Faith Alliance Church. My wife Pam and I just arrived here in New Bremen on January 4, 2008. I have served as a pastor since 1971, and count it as a privilege to join Faith's ministry team.
My personal goal in life and ministry is to extend the grace of Christ in such a way that others can experience his transforming power. The reality of God's grace has totally changed my life. At one time I was extremely perfectionistic and felt I had to somehow prove that I was worthy of God's acceptance. At a very difficult time in my life, God impressed in my life that He loved me just as I am - I didn't have to prove anything!
My great passion is to teach the bible in such a way that its truth becomes relevant to daily life. When we understand the scriptures better, our attitudes as well as our lifestyle changes. We all need to get "the rubber to the road," so to speak, when it comes to following Christ.
Pam and I have been married for 37 years, and we have two children and four grandchildren. We both grew up in Lancaster, Ohio, and our families reside in central and southwest Ohio. I graduated from Ohio State University in 1973, and I've been an avid Buckeye fan all my life. I hold an M. Div. degree from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio and an M.A. degree in pastoral counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.

David L. Wray,
Associate Pastor of Student Ministries and Discipleship
Welcome, my name is Dave Wray. I have served in youth ministry for the past 25 years and have just come on board here at Faith Alliance. This is our first big move from the Pleasant Hill, Ohio area. My wife Sharon and I have been married for just over 36 years and both graduated from Troy High School, Troy, Ohio. We have three grown daughters, Heidi and her husband Dave have seven children, Joseph 12, Layne 10, Sallyann 8, Maizie 6, Jesse 4, Ellianna 2 and Levi 5 months. Tracy and her husband Tim have two children, Spencer 12 and Amberlin 10. Our youngest daughter Jennifer went to be with our Lord at the tender age of 16 after a 2-year battle with leukemia. We miss her greatly.
The Lord called both of us to Himself at the same time in December 1973. I worked a secular job for 13 years as a final assembler in a factory, raised hogs and farmed some. While serving as a youth leader in my local church we sensed God's call to full time youth ministry. I enjoy being with my family and grandkids, classic muscle cars, hunting, fishing, sports and being with teens, watching God work in their lives.
Over the 20 plus years of youth ministry, we have witnessed students answering God's call in career Christian ministries, serving as Missionaries, Youth Pastors, Children Pastors, as well as in the secular work field. We are excited about what He will do here with the terrific potential at Faith Alliance Church and the surrounding New Bremen Community.
Our purpose is to challenge students to a radical commitment in experiencing an awesome God who desires a dynamic relationship with each of them. Check out "The Stand" and join us for some cool times here at Faith Alliance.

Marty Tangeman: Secretary
Hi! Welcome to our website. I'm Marty Tangeman, the secretary of Faith Alliance Church since January of 1990. My husband Tim and I have lived in this area all our lives. We have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren! Our son Matt and his wife Gina also live in the area and have two children, Jacob, Ellie and Cale. Our daughter Leslie and her husband Shannon live in Wisconsin and have a daughter, Alena. I work in the church office Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If I can be of assistance to you in a church-related matter, stop by the church office or give me a call.

Gina Tangeman: Children's Ministry Director
Hi! My name is Gina Tangeman and I have been on staff as a part time Children's Ministry Coordinator for 6 years at Faith Alliance. My husband, Matt, and I have been married for 10 years and we have 3 beautiful children! Jacob, 6, is a sweet, kind and fun little boy who is attending Kindergarten. Ellie, 3.5, is an energetic, ornery and silly little girl who is a joy to be around. Cale, 1, is a laid back, delightful little boy who is easy to get along with.
The Children's Ministry Department is full of fun, energetic children who love our Lord. We are busy through the year with Bible-learning classes and activities, service projects, outreaches, vacation Bible school and having a lot of fun together! I encourage you to check out our Sunday School classes, K.I.D.S. church programs and/or Wednesday night classes. We offer nurseries on Sunday mornings for children birth through 3 years old and then we offer classes for children ages 3 through 5th grade on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.

Brenda Cook: Jr. High Ministry Coordinator
Hello! I'm Brenda Cook and it's my pleasure to serve as the Jr. High Ministry Coordinator at Faith Alliance. I believe God has given me a supernatural ability to love Jr. High students. If you have a Jr. Higher or have any contact what-so-ever with a Jr. Higher, then you know what I mean by “supernatural”.
I have lived in New Bremen for almost 13 years with my husband Dane and our two boys Cory, 20 and Cameron, 17. Cory attends college in Indiana and Cam is a senior at New Bremen High. In addition to Youth Ministry, I work part-time as a coffee roaster in Piqua.
My personal and ministry goals are to model the Christian life in front of students, to provide an atmosphere where they can hear from God, and offer them peace for today and hope for the future through the transforming power of Christ's mercy and grace. And…have a great time along the way!

Greg Bronkema: Worship Coordinator
Welcome! My name is Greg Bronkema and my wife Teresa and I have been at Faith Alliance for the past 13 years and are raising our three beautiful children here as well. While at Faith Alliance I have taught 5th & 6th grade Sunday School and served as Sunday School Coordinator. I have also served as an Elder for the past 9 years and small group leader for 6 years. I've had the pleasure of being a part of our Worship Team for the past 8 years and have been leading for a year now.
